While Topaz naturally occurs in a variety of colors—from golden "Imperial" yellows to soft pinks—it is the Blue Topaz that has captured the modern heart. In my work, I typically use two distinct shades:

From a craftsmanship perspective, Topaz is a dream to work with. On the Mohs Scale of Hardness, Topaz sits at an 8. To put that in perspective, a diamond is a 10 and a sapphire is a 9.
This means it is incredibly durable for everyday wear. Whether it’s set in one of my signature silver "Birthstone Pebble" pendants or a daily-wear ring, you don’t have to worry about it scratching too easily. It retains its "vitreous" (glass-like) luster for years, catching the light every time you move.
