Refund policy

If you are unhappy with your jewellery please message me with the details. If you wish to return an item for a refund, I are happy to do so within 30 days from the sale as long as the item is returned to me in the same condition that it was sold. Upon receipt, I will issue a refund for the item minus any postage costs I have incurred (including those incurred with my free postage option).
If there is a manufacturing fault with the item, once it is returned and examined I will issue a full refund plus postage costs.
